I’m Michèle — the heart and hands behind Miss Josephine’s Apothecary, a small-batch, faith-rooted herbal studio where craftsmanship, compassion, and lived experience come together.

My journey into herbal wellness grew out of real-life seasons of illness, recovery, resilience, and learning how to care for the body with patience and grace. Over time, creating remedies for myself, family, and friends became a deeper calling — one shaped by study, prayer, reflection, and a desire to serve others with integrity and kindness.

I craft every salve, body butter, and blend in small, intentional batches using slow infusions, thoughtfully sourced ingredients, and time-honored methods. My work isn’t about promising cures or medical outcomes — it’s about creating comforting, steady companions for everyday life that support the body gently and practically.

I see this apothecary as an extension of my ministry of care — a place where faith, community, learning, and creativity meet. I love connecting with people at local markets, teaching and sharing what I’ve learned, and offering encouragement to those walking their own healing journeys.
